Amazing performance, easily best priced/fastest card...

Strengths: Blazing fast in Oblivion and FEAR

Weakness: Where to start. Very high power cunsumption, runs very hot and loud (get an ecellero x2 for it you'll be happy)

Came with everything, Fast shipping. Card is very large and ITS SO LOUD! definitly needs some aftermarket cooling. Will post back soon on how well it performed vs my 7900gt.

ATI x1900 XT => Best GFX CARD!

Strengths: The fastest card on the planet, easy to use, crossfire is awesome, HDR + AA!

Weakness: Loud fan

This is definitly the best card solution out there! ATI's x1900 series runs nvidia out of the water! This is the only card solution that can run both HDR (high dynamic range lighting) AND AA (Anti-aliasing) at the SAME TIME. Great customer service, too!

Awesome card!!!

Strengths: It's almost the best video card. High performance. Great image quality!

Weakness: none. maybe a bit expensive.

This card rocks!!! I bought this card just for several games that i play: Need for Speed, Call of Duty 2, Half life. They all rock @ the maximum quality!!! I love this card. It's made the gaming such an experience that it's not just computer graphics, it's almost real!!!

ATI Radeon x1900xt

Strengths: - Fast - Great price - Great drivers

Weakness: - Runs hot - Loud

Faster than my 7800gtx though it's not as good for playing anything that runs on the Doom 3 engine. Between this and the x1900xt there's not that much difference in the 3Dmark scores that I've run as well as the FPS tests on certain games. I mean if you want faster clock speeds though the xtx is the way to go, but you can get a great card at a great price in the xt.

Radeon x1900 XT

Strengths: Significant increase in resolution from the NVIDIA 6800 256MB card I had. Intake of fresh air to cool is great!

Weakness: A little noisy

Wow...what a difference in picture quality! Most certainly THIS card maximizes capability of my Planar 20-inch monitor. Picture is more vibrant and easily reflects more shades of color. Additionally, internal computer chassis runs about 10-degrees cooler; that is due to the addditional intake airflow capability since the fan draws outside air to help cool the card. This was a GREAT investment...

Radeon X1900 XT

Strengths: 625MHz Core 1.45GHz Memory DVI TIVO

Weakness: This video card runs hot. No 6 pin power adapter.

I have enjoyed this card from the day it arrived, but I was immediately disappointed to see that it did not come with a 6 pin power adapter. I had to drive a long distance to find one, I even called ATI and they confirmed to me that the X1900 series does not include the power adapter. This card also runs very hot, my average temperature is maybe 60c idle and 80c load. This video card is for...

Screaming video card!

Strengths: 512MB, AVIVO, HDR+AA

Weakness: No 6-pin adapter included

Upgraded to the X1900XT after having a 6600GT for a couple of months. Such a difference in the speed and image quality! Everything I throw at the video card eats it up! My 3Dmark scores jumped anywhere from 100-800%. Highly recommended! And the fan only sounds loud during initial boot up for a few seconds. I use a utility to control fan speeds.

ATI Radeon X1900 XT Video Card

Strengths: Improved fps and picture quality.

Weakness: None

This card is great, I can see the difference between this card and my x850xt PE. Colors and FPS are increased during game play and normal use. It souped up my game play in BF2 using a 20" widescreen Dell LCD. It was easy to install and I used the latest drivers from the ATI web site. Also not as noisy compared to my x850xt. This card is coming down in price so it makes it more attractive to...

ATI Radeon X1900 XT

Strengths: It's very fast when my PC is running COD2, FEAR, AOEs. It helps decoding HDTV smoothly (along with a HDTV tuner), CPU was running at 17~22% power when TV was upscaled to full screen (1280x1024).

Weakness: Consuming too much power (requires minimal 350W power supply). Running hot. Requires special PCI-E power adapter (12v 6 pin) not included in the package. Most old power supply do not have it.

I really liked it. The first moment I hold it feels like a piece of solid bullion. The installation is very easy and smooth and I only used latest drive from ATI web. Don't forget to switch the video to PCI-E setting in the BIOs before booting into windows. I noticed that the images on the screen appear much better looking than before (color became more vivid or saturated). In comparison, my old...

ATI Radeon x1900XT 512MB

Strengths: Fast card, Great picture quality, encodes and decodes HD video formats so that your CPU is not at 100% utilization.

Weakness: It runs hotter than it's nVidia equivalent. The stock cooler is loud, more noticable when you power your computer. This card is really heavy compared to a x800XTPE. Minimal linux driver support.

This card is insanely fast. It's nice to be able to play oblivion with all the details turned up. The Catalyst drivers has wizards that make hooking up multiple monitors, HD TV screens and/or projects a breeze. You have to install .NET Framework 1.1 to use the Catalyst drivers. The card's MSRP seems too high. The 7900 GT's MSRP is significantly less and not it's that much slower. Fortunately I...
