Great fast card
Strengths: About 30 perecent faster than X850xtPE when overclocked to 575mghz core and 550 memory by the Ati Cat control center automatically
Weakness: 12 pipes but overcome buy overclocking which it does better than the more expensive X1800xl and can out perform
This card is great. Ive had no trouble maxxing Elder Scrolls of Oblivion with it as long as you use Ati's great overclocking tool. It also is rumored to be able to soft mod to open the last 4 unlocked pipes with a bios flash. If thats true this is a beast for the money. also the fan is not loud like the X850xt PE's. Thx Connect3d

Moderately OK graphics card
Strengths: Good resolution, Suited to medium level games
Weakness: Not recommended for high end games
Moderate graphics card - worth the $90 i paid at newegg. Great for medium and low end games but drags with high end games. Good resolution for movie watching and other entertainments. Overall I am happy because I got what I paid for.

Strengths: FSAA + HDR
Weakness: ATI drivers, exactly 3/4 of the unpopular X1800XL, pricing

ATI has awful linux drivers, the fan on this thing sounds like a Hoover, it requires a beefier power supply than the competition and just pours out heat. After rebate an X1800XT is not significantly more expensive, and is the way to fly if you are into the whole ATI scene. This card needs to drop to...

HIS X1800 GTO IceQ3 Turbo 256MB VIVO PCI Express Video Card
After looking at Connect3D's X1800GTO, it's HIS' turn with their new X1800GTO Turbo. This card features HIS' brand new IceQ3 cooling solution and comes overclocked right out of the box. Being a part of HIS' Turbo line this card has received a default overclocked speed of 520MHz core with the memory speed remaining the same. Why the amount of 520MHz was chosen is unknown but it seems like a small...
