Excellent card... if the price is right!

Strengths: Great card... high performance... quiet when operating under normal circumstances. This card is MADE for high resolution gaming! Use your money somewhere else for 1440x900 and under.

Weakness: Gets very very hot. Rather touchy when it comes to drivers. REALLY REALLY PHYSICALLY LONG! It weighs about 5lbs too!

This card is fantastic if you can get a good deal on it. I'm paying around $212 through Tigerdirect after Rebate and Cashback. With a normal retail value of almost $500... this was a no brainer for me! The card performs excellent and was a big improvement over my 8800GT. I'm sad to see my XFX warranty go... but at this price I couldn't resist. I'm currently using the recommended 175.19 drivers...

Great card for the money

Strengths: The performance is excellent for the price you pay for.

Weakness: Microstutter is a bit annoy depend on people

I've owned this card for a month. It's a great card for the money. The card is a monster when it comes to benchmarking, however there's a bit of a microstutter, which won't show in benchmarks. If you can't feel microstutter, and love to run 3Dmark, then definally go for this card.

Will last years to come... Great card!

Strengths: Can play all the newest games, like Crysis, Unreal Tournament 3, Gears of War, and can only assume will run newer games like FarCry 2 and Left 4 Dead well. 1GB of memory is also very very nice.

Weakness: This card is very long! Make sure that you have plenty of room in your case because this is one beast of a card.

I have always stuck with nVidia because they make great cards and have the best driver support that I've seen as far as the time line of video card manufacturing. I currently have a BFG 6800GT OC that has lasted me about 4 years. I anticipate this card to last me just as long, if not even longer.

The best card I have ever owned.

Strengths: Can play Lost Planet: Crysis, Extreme Condition, Flight Simulator S and Clive Barker's Jericho at 1900x1200. Two Ati HD 3850 cards in crossfire X could not make this games run in playable refresh rate

Weakness: microstuttering

I was pacifistic about the card when it first came out. It is better than HD4870 at 1900x1200. My rig: CPU:E6850 3.8Ghz/MOBO: P5Q Dlx/ 4x1OCZ Reaper HPC1180/GPU: 9800 gx2/HDD:WD Raptor X/PSU:Antec Quattro 850/Case:Thermaltake Armor
