I bought a new Diamond card on clearance from Microcenter and when I got home found the driver CD was not in the box. I really wanted the card, and went to the Diamond support page to download, the driver was no longer posted. Without a driver, my card was useless. I contacted support by phone and was told they would email me a link. After a day, this had not happened, I went to their support...

I bought a new Diamond card on clearance from Microcenter and when I got home found the driver CD was not in the box. I really wanted the card, and went to the Diamond support page to download, the driver was no longer posted. Without a driver, my card was useless. I contacted support by phone and was told they would email me a link. After a day, this had not happened, I went to their support chat and was told that they would email me the link immediately. When this had not happened after two days, I sent emails to support asking the status, and went back into chat to ask whether they could email the link. Three times, when I asked the status of my request for support, I had my chat just terminated by the chat administrator - and I was not being rude. I had to return the card to Microcenter, and I will never buy another Diamond product. Based on my experience, do not buy anything from Diamond if you expect to have quality followup support
